This is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative post in Cumbria region. This is also an extremely exciting and interesting opportunity to spearhead and contribute towards the development of Hope Haven, a mental health and wellbeing hub in the heart of Whitehaven and Copeland which is a community partnership initiative between CNTW and several partnership organisations.
There is also opportunity to be part of developing ongoing changes within services in the region such as The Pears Cumbria School of Medicine (PCSM) which is also a new venture in the region between university of Cumbria and Imperial college London. The aim is to produce doctors committed to delivering cutting-edge healthcare approaches and serve the needs of the Cumbria community.

Main duties of the job
The post-holder is expected to:
- Participate in the engagement, assessment, diagnosis and formulation of patients referred to the CTT.
- Support the medical workforce on the west CTT
- Be committed to delivering excellence in clinical care,
- Work effectively with the multidisciplinary community team and in-patient teams.
- Promote the safety and well-being of the patients we serve.
- To respect the rights and the dignity of patients.
- To consider the individual and cultural needs of patients and
- To work with families and carers in the best interest of the patient (in line with the Trust Carers' Charter).
