You will receive regular supervision and the chance to engage in ongoing continuing professional development. You will work as part of an MDT, alongside a variety of other professionals including a family therapist and consultant clinical psychologist. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and motivated to make a difference to the lives of people who struggle with emotional and relational problems, often underpinned by trauma.

The post requires that you are an excellent communicator, and have a flexible, adaptive and proactive approach. The role requires a large element of autonomous working and leadership skills and you must be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care.

About us

We aim to attract and retain a diverse, talented and committed workforce, who are caring and compassionate, and therefore able to meet the demands of the modern NHS now and in the future. In return we can offer a dynamic working environment in which to build a career.

If you would welcome the opportunity to become part of a warm, friendly and welcoming team with a great range of skills and experience then this could be the post for you. Here within the HOPE Team, there is a real sense of team spirit, and we are looking to add clinicians with this same positive outlook to our already excellent skill set. As part of this team, you will be encouraged to grow and develop in your role, and to contribute to the development of the service.
