ReCoCo is an independent Charity that works in collaboration with the NHS and other statutory organisations to provide effective, evidenced based, educational approaches to people in recovery from trauma and disadvantage.
We need someone to manage the general operation of The Recovery College. Someone who can build and nurture mutually reciprocal relationships with multiple statutory and VCS organisations. Someone creative, brave and responsible.
The post includes a lead role in exploring, assessing and managing risk within a busy, public facing, service.
Main duties of the job
Operational management and overview of a busy, face to face Recovery College.
Workforce allocation. Developing/coordinating operational and staffing needs for the safe delivery of recovery focussed courses/workshops/opportunities.
Lead responsibility for the coordination of internal/external Train the Trainer program.
Creation of new courses, resources, approaches and collaborations.
Establishing and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with external partners.
Line management of (5) CNTW and non CNTW staff.
Identifying and managing risk, including assessing individual risk issues from limited information.
