Job summary

Northumberland Older Adult Community Services are looking for a Clinical Support Worker to support the development of the intervention pathway within our Behaviour Support Service They will support the Community Practitioners as well as holding a clinical caseload. This is a great chance for a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to develop their skills and influence the delivery and profile of the Service

Main duties of the job

To work with the service to provide and coordinate a comprehensive behaviour support service to service users who have a variety of complex needs,

To deliver evidence based interventions within care homes across the whole of Northumberland. To provide interventions in clients own homes when necessary. To provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity.
