Job summary
Non medical prescriber to work predominately within the ADHD pathway including initiation and titration of ADHD and other medication required for mental health needs.
Clinical role supporting the wider neurodevelopmental pathway and being part of MDT where appropriate.
Close working with the psychiatrists, clinical leads and specialist nurse within the team.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will hold a caseload of young people taking responsibility for initiating and monitoring ADHD medication.
There is also an expectation to be part of wider team MDTs, clinical support and supervision across the neurodevelopmental pathway.
Leadership duties may include audits, supervision and peer support upskilling the wider team.
