Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Brooke House for nursing assistant posts. This a ten bedded mixed ward for patients experiencing psychosis and often co-existing conditions such as drug dependency and personality disorder. It's a 24 hour inpatient service which supports people in preparing for discharge into community.

Main duties of the job

Supporting patients in ADLs such as shopping, washing, cleaning, cooking.

Supporting in their recovery and managing their symptoms.

Social inclusion work.

Working towards optimising their skills to be as independent as possible.

Health and safety.

PMVA.
