Qualifications

Essential

• Registered nurse, midwife or other clinical professional.
• Post Graduate level training, teaching or mentoring qualification or equivalent experience.
• Educated to degree level or working towards a degree or with relevant experience

Desirable

• Change management or leadership qualification
• Clinical safety officer training

Knowledge and Experience

Essential

• Experience of supporting and assessing learners and providing guidance to staff and managers regarding learning
• Experience of delivering and evaluating learning programmes for diverse staff groups
• Experience of working with groups and individuals from all backgrounds, across all disciplines in a variety of roles and settings
• Knowledge of professional requirements related to supporting learners in practice
• Knowledge of digital systems used within NCIC and the wider healthcare setting (ICS level)
• Digital clinical safety requirements.
