Medical Staffing Manager

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual, with the ability to think and work strategically and tactically; to manage our newly formed Medical Staffing team.

This role will be responsible for issues in relation to Medical Staff, including Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Leadership Capability, Compliance & Communications, Attendance, Employment Law and Recruitment.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work with our legal partners and Medical Staffing / People Services Business Partners to manage employment tribunals and complex cases. In addition they will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of innovative HR policies and governance solutions, bringing significant knowledge and expertise in delivering best practise ways of working and plans for implementation.

You will be able to draw on your considerable previous personal experience of demonstrable delivery of a portfolio of complex work, within budget and on time. You will be fully conversant with risk management controls and development of key success factors.
