INTERNAL ONLY TO NORTH CUMBRIA INTEGRATED CARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST (NCIC) EMPLOYEES
This is an exciting opportunity to join the clinical team within the Critical Care, Anaesthetics and Theatres Collaborative.
The E-Roster Lead will support the clinical team to assist the effective management of the nursing and allied health professionals roster. This will support provision of high quality, safe and compassionate care, which is sustainable into the future.
The post holder will work closely with the Collaborative Lead Nurse, Quality Matrons Service Managers, Theatre Leads and Safer Nurse Staffing Lead and the informatics and finance teams of North Cumbria Integrated Care Hospitals Foundation Trust.
The post holder will ensure all relevant and required data is captured to facilitate the safe staffing reports, workforce information, utilising the safe care module of E-Roster reporting suite and the interface with ESR.
The post holder will support the department in actively releasing clinical time to support patient care.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide operational leadership and support for for e-rostering across the Collaborative supporting the clinical management team.
