To support the Programme Management Office (PMO) in facilitating the delivery of programmes and projects of work linked to agreed Trust organisational objectives and priorities.
To facilitate the delivery of key programmes, projects and workstreams as determined by the Programme Management Office and the Trust Executive Team.
Support the Collaborative and Support Service teams to ensure that the portfolio of projects/ programmes and CIP schemes is planned, managed, risk mitigated and delivered effectively.

Main duties of the job
Lead projects end-to-end--from inception and business case or project mandate development through planning, execution, and benefit realisation--ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks (e.g., project boards), manages risks and issues, and ensures transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.
Coordinate trust teams and external suppliers, overseeing resource allocation, budgets, and performance.
