Team Hub Coordinator - Exciting Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for an innovative, self-motivated individual to lead a team of Hub Coordinators, managing referrals for a specialist service hub. This is a fast-paced, dynamic service that requires someone who can adapt quickly to change, delegate effectively, and prioritise tasks with clear, strategic thinking.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong understanding of technology and the ability to navigate multiple IT systems

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork

  • Appreciation for individual contributions and the skills each team member brings

  • The ability to think differently and support a positive, efficient team environment

Teamwork is essential to the success of this service.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Currently, there are no Bank Holiday or weekend shifts.

Main duties of the job

Team Hub Coordinator

  1. Lead and manage a team of Hub Coordinators, providing guidance, support, and supervision.

  2. Oversee and manage referrals for the specialist service hub, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  3. Prioritise workload effectively to meet service demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  4. Delegate tasks appropriately and support team members to work efficiently.

  5. Utilise and maintain multiple IT systems and technology to support service delivery.

  6. Ensure defensible documentation and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

  7. Foster a collaborative team environment, valuing individual contributions and promoting effective communication.

  8. Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

  9. Support operational planning, including staffing allocation and resource management.

  10. Act as a point of contact for escalations or complex cases within the hub.

  11. Participate in regular meetings, training, and development to support continuous improvement.
