We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated maternity care assistant to join our team working in antenatal clinic and day assessment.

We are proud to have been rated 'Good' by CQC at our most recent inspection.

We are now recruiting to our team to ensure we continue to provide a safe and effective maternity care experience to the women and babies who use our maternity services. Maternity Support Workers are highly valued members of our team who contribute to providing the level of care we aspire to. If you are passionate about providing a high standard of care for women and babies in our antenatal clinic and day assessment unit then we would welcome your application.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a enthusiastic and hard working Maternity Support Worker who is committed and passionate in providing care during the antenatal period in a hospital setting. This important role will include caring for women, birthing people and their families throughout the antenatal period and will include working alongside the midwifery team to provide care, support and education to mums and babies in both an antenatal clinic and day assessment unit setting. Safety of our women and babies is paramount, and so we are looking for caring, compassionate and enthusiastic staff members to join our team.
