• To hold or be prepared to undertake the Level 3 Health Screener Diploma

Desirable

• Level 3 Health Screener Diploma

Knowledge

Essential

• Experience of working in a clinic setting, dealing with patients within the NHS
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of diabetic retinopathy
• Knowledge of Diabetes and risk factors

Desirable

• Experience of working within the NHS
• Previous experience in retinal screening and grading
• Knowledge of Hospital Eye Service functions and processes
