Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the Integrated Musculoskeletal service leadership team to support the leadership and development of the iMSK service to deliver MSK Rehab, ARRS funded First contact physiotherapy and Advanced Practice within community settings across North Cumbria. The successful candidate will work alongside the Acting Head of Service and other senior staff within the team, the wider AHP leadership team and organisation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of innovation, interpersonal and organisational skills, alongside a good sense of humour and be team focussed.
The successful post holder will be joining a team with a good skill mix of clinical and non-clinical staff and will maintain a clinical caseload pertinent to their area of specialism.
Main duties of the job
- To ensure the effective delivery of evidence based high quality IMSK services in line with the Trusts and Integrated Care System (ICS) aims and vision.
- To provide a high standard of iMSK to a highly complex and unpredictable patient group accessing services in the Network.
- To provide operational line management and professional leadership of IMSK staff working into the area, some of which are based on other sites of the IHCS from the post holder.
- Deputise for Head of IMSK as required.
