Senior Digital Trainer *Internal*

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a part of the EPR programme delivery. The Senior Digital Trainer will design, manage and deliver training to staff across the Trust to support safe and effective patient care. The main focus will be on the new EPR application but the team will provide training for key IT skills when necessary.

Main duties of the job

  • Develop and build the new trust-wide LMS for Digital Training delivery.
  • Work with a variety of staff, SMEs, project teams and management to develop the full lifecycle of EPR training.
  • Quality assurance learning materials and delivery mechanisms.
  • Formation of the trust-wide EPR Training plan for both short and long term.
  • Escalation point for SMEs, Digital Team and Application colleagues.
  • Classroom and remote training planning and delivery.
  • Floor-walking to support 'go-live' implementations and changes.
  • Provision of general advice and guidance on the use of applications.
