INTERNAL ONLY TO NORTH CUMBRIA INTEGRATED CARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST (NCIC) EMPLOYEES ONLY

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of the Elective Care Hub based at West Cumberland Hospital and work with the senior team to drive service improvements to offer our population high quality clinical and operational services.

The post holder will be required to have accountability for the day to day clinical and operational service delivery for the Elective Care Hub, with continuous responsibility for the safe management, development, organisation and delivery of patient care within the clinical area. There is an expectation that the post holder will support cross site departments with the support of the team.
