Job summary

Digital Access Administrator - Band 3 - 37.5 - MaglonaFull Time (Part time hours may be considered)

An opportunity has arisen for a fixed term position for 12 months within Digital Access Management Department. The role is structured around a Digital Access Administrator position but the department focusses on creating and maintaining user active directory accounts, and associated access requests

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be required to :

Deal with day to day Alloy ticket handling across the responsibilities of the team

Manage and maintain user access - managing tickets and escalating any issues of concern.

Monitoring the processing of all requests to make sure that they are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Use expertise to resolve problems and enhance processes

Contribute to new and developing working practices

To deliver exceptional service

To undertake any other duties commensurate with the scope of your role and within your skill set as requested.
