Health Care Assistant, Band 2. , Fixed Term for 6 months
A fantastic opportunity has become available to work on the Coronary Care Unit.
The Coronary Care Unit is an 8 bedded unit, caring form a mix of cardiology and medical patients.

Main duties of the job
The role of the Health Care Assistant (HCA) in the department is to assist the registered nurses (or other healthcare practitioners) in providing high quality patient care. To maintain patients' privacy and dignity at all times and provide care in a compassionate and sensitive manner. To be an effective part of the multi-disciplinary team contributing to the departmental objectives. To continue to develop and maintain competencies in nursing tasks to maintain high quality safe care.
