Job summary
The purpose of this role is to work as a team secretary, providing a secretarial and administrative service to the Service Management Team. The post holder may be required to work across site to offer secretarial support as required. The post holder will provide confidential proactive administrative support to the team which will include proactive management of diaries, e-mail and other correspondence, organisation of agenda, action logs, notes and reports as required and possess a working knowledge of SharePoint all of which within a highly confidential environment.
