Job summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced or newly qualified Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join a small team of experienced therapists on the Eden Unit in Penrith Community Hospital.

Main duties of the job

The role involves providing assessment and treatment to a varied caseload of patient's on the ward and supporting the discharge of patient's back into the community.

You will be expected to hold you own caseload but will receive support and guidance from your Band 6 Occupational Therapist.

Eden ICC is a seven day working service however the pattern for The Eden Unit is currently Monday to Friday. It is expected however that you may be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
