Job summary
The Eden unit is a 23 Bedded step up step down unit, caring for patients with a range of illnesses.
We are a very busy multidisciplinary team and pride ourselves on a high standard of care in a friendly, community based setting.
We are looking for somebody who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and willing to learn new skills.
The position is permanent post, 24 hours working over 7 days, days and nights
Main duties of the job
o To assist the registered nurses (or other healthcare practitioners) in providing high quality patient care o When trained and deemed competent undertake clinical activities, using appropriate equipment o Maintain patients' privacy and dignity at all times and provide care in a compassionate and sensitive manner. o Be an effective part of the multi-disciplinary team contributing to the departmental objectives. o Continue to develop and maintain competencies in nursing tasks to maintain high quality safe care. o
