As Programme Manager (QI) within our Trust, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our Quality Improvement Programme, delivering key strategic projects, driving quality improvement initiatives, and advancing our transformation programme.

With the Trust embarking on a significant period of transformation and integration through a potential merger, your expertise in Project and Programme Management (PPM) and Quality Improvement (QI) will be critical in ensuring seamless transitions and embedding lasting improvements across all areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading our Quality Improvement Programme, including strategic projects to align services with the Trust's overarching objectives.
  • Applying PPM and QI best practices to advance the Trust's transformation agenda.
  • Supporting the Merger Programme and outward partnership projects to achieve successful integration and service evolution.
