Following a recent reorganisation and growth in the number and range of digital and short course continuing education programmes being delivered, the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an administrator to join the Digital and Short Courses team. It is an exciting time to join the team which has responsibility for the development, management and delivery of all digital and short courses, an important and growing source of reach and revenue for the Trust. Your contribution will be vital in contributing to this ongoing success as you help the team consolidate existing and new programmes.

Main duties of the job
The Trust is an education and clinical services provider that makes a unique and distinctive contribution to mental health and psychological therapies across the age range. The organisation has a national brief for training in the mental health professions, social care, education, leadership and management and forensic services. The Trust's continuing education programmes have an excellent brand and reputation in the UK and internationally.

About us
You will work in the Digital and Short Courses Portfolio whose programmes are predominantly delivered online, either live or asynchronously through our Digital Academy. This role will support a portfolio of courses including bespoke commissions. You will play a key role in the delivery of a range of allocated courses and events from the initial planning, through delegate recruitment, delivery on the day and post course event follow up. You will also provide support to the Commissioning and Operations leads with specific projects.
