Job summary
We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated band 5 staff nurse to provide excellence clinical care to stroke/medical patient for Peace Ward at Whipps Cross University Hospital. You will have responsibility for the delivery of patient focus individualized cared, which addresses the complex and changing health needs of patients admitted to Unit.
The post holder will work as staff nurse displaying excellent communication skills.
Peace ward is a 16 bedded inpatient unit caring for patient with Stroke and Medical Patients. We are also proud to have received excellent results for Stroke SNNAP audits and we would like to welcome you in our dynamic team.
Our aim is to care for each patient's individual needs with privacy, dignity and respect in an open and honest way. We acknowledge that every patient must be treated, as an individual with differing needs: Physical, psychological, spiritual, social and cultural.
