Clinical Trials Pharmacy Technician

As a forward-thinking team, we have expanded by establishing a new pharmacy clinical trials service at Newham University Hospital and also have Clinical Research Facility (CRF) planned to launch next year. We have an exciting opportunity for a pharmacy technician to join the team and develop skills within clinical research.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic person who has proven organisational and communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. You will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of trials being run at Barts Health, and ensure they are being managed according to the regulatory requirements for research.

- Level 3 Diploma in Principles and practice for pharmacy technicians or equivalent.
- Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) qualification
Desirable
- Specialist technical / Management modules or equivalent experience in Aseptic preparation
- Practice Supervisor, Train the trainer or equivalent qualification
- ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent
