The Cardiovascular CAG is offering an exciting opportunity to join the Barts Heart Centre's administration team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Deputy Delivery Manager ready to take the next step in their career who will play a pivotal role in the efficient high-quality operation of the Electrophysiology and Intervention Nin-Admitted Cardiology Service.
The purpose of this post is to work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure service targets are met, proved vital cross-cover for administrative roles and assist in the accurate data management of Non-Admitted Cardiology waiting list.

Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and vibrant department in the heart of London. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated self - starter looking to expand their knowledge and management experience to join our team.
The post holder will be based at St Bartholomew's Hospital and will report to the Service Delivery Manager.
We want a passionate and dedicated manager who can run a high-quality service and drive transformation.
The post demands effective communication skills, confidence and diplomacy with the ability
to work in a busy environment with challenging deadlines. The successful post holder will be comfortable and familiar with using data to inform priorities, as well as working with and communicating across a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have experience in leading an administrative team, can demonstrate an ability to deliver sustainable service improvement and has a track record of improving quality and patient experience in line with Trust and NHS requirements and standards.
