Service Manager - Cancer Performance & Improvement(Maternity Cover)Band 7Barts Health NHS TrustWe are looking to recruit a Service Manager to cover Maternity leave within the Cancer Performance and Improvement team. Main duties of the job
The post holder will have responsibility for the management of the Cancer Pathway Manager/s, MDT co-coordinators and MDT support/trackers across the hospital sites. They will monitor Patient tracking lists, ensure RCAs are completed on breaching patients, and support the Associate General Manager with managing the cancer standards.
The post holder will also be responsible for the delivery of the cancer standards across the trust in conjunction with the Cancer Performance team and service providers. This includes working with clinical teams to manage and implement improvements of cancer pathways within all tumour sites
