.The post-holder forms part of a team of 14 Consultants supported by an Associate Specialist (1), Clinical Fellows (6), and specialist trainees (5).The post is a 12-month Cornea and Oculoplastics fellowship that can be extended up to two years. The post is based at Whipps Cross University Hospital and provides the opportunity to work with consultants specialising in Cornea, Oculoplastics and Cataract. The timetable includes a variety of corneal and oculoplastic clinics with theatre sessions in both sub-specialties each week. There is monthly combined surgery with ENT to provide endonasal lacrimal surgery. There is a 1:8 first on-call commitment and a busy eye casualty session.
