As the Research Programme Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering the NIHR funded North London Research Internship for Skill-building and Excellence (NLRISE) programme for Health and Care Professionals. This exciting programme supports interns to gain valuable research experience, and your work will be key to ensuring its success.
This is a dynamic, multifaceted role and the coordinator role is vital in the programmedelivery - helping to shape and streamline the process, managing multiple priorities, andkeeping the daily running of the programme. From organising and promoting events toproducing engaging newsletters and infographics, you'll bring energy and creativity to howthe programme connects with interns, academics, research staff, and partners.
You will also be responsible for coordinating meetings, meticulously tracking andfacilitating budgets, and supporting strong partnerships across organisations. By acting asa key point of contact, you'll liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring effectivecommunication and collaboration at all levels.
Main duties of the job
Communication- Act as the main point of contact for all queries regarding the NL RISE programme, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication abilities (e.g. newsletters, presentations, reports).
Organisation & Project Coordination- Strong organisational and planning skills - to manage multiple tasks like setting up meetings, promoting events, and facilitating administrative processes.Technical & IT Proficiency- Proficient in standard office software (Microsoft Office--Word, Excel, Google, PowerPoint)
Attention to Detail & Adaptability- Meticulous attention to detail, supporting accurate budget tracking, event planning, and communications
Financial & Budget Management- Proficient in tracking and facilitating budget income.
