We're looking for a passionate, dedicated Senior Recovery Nurse to join our Ophthalmology Theatres team. If you're a registered nurse with recovery experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
Lead and coach nursing staff
Deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced theatre environment
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
Maintain the highest standards of care for our patients

Main duties of the job
- To establish, lead and maintain high standards of pre/ peri and post-operative clinical care.
- To coordinate clinical activities and develop clinical expertise through leadership.
- To undertake teaching and training of both trained and untrained staff
- To develop management skills and undertake management duties as directed by the Senior Sister
- Participate on-call for the unit.
