Job summary
We are looking for someone with customer service skills and organisational skills to be a part of a Team, with initiative who is an effective team player able to prioritise.
1 position will be located at Royal London Hospital and will involve working night shifts. The salary will be in line with the Inner London pay scales.
1 position will be located at Whipps Cross Hospital and will involve working night shifts. The salary will be in line with the Outer London pay scales.
1 position will involve working day shifts.
Main duties of the job
Answering Internal and External Calls GPs/Drs/Other Trusts and All Emergency Services.
Dealing with All Emergency Calls / Alarms / Major Incident/ Fire/ Security contacting the relevant teams.
Able to deal with Telephony Failures and follow Department SOP procedures.
Full Training will be given.
