We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Lead Dental Nurse / Charge Nurse, overseeing services within the Dental Institute and Dental Outreach network.

A key part of this role involves working collaboratively with other providers and partner agencies to support business planning and service development.Patient safety lies at the heart of everything we do, and you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of safe, evidence-based care.
Main duties of the job
The Lead Dental Nurse will have clinical and management responsibility for dental nursing across a number of departments within the Dental Hospital and sites networked to the Dental Hospital, Whipps Cross Hospital, Sir Ludwig Guttman Dental Outreach, Barkantine Dental Outreach and Southend Academic Dental Outreach, liaising with multidisciplinary staff of the dental Institute, the wider trust and external agencies where appropriate.
