We are currently recruiting for Band 5 Occupational Therapists to join our established site-based rotation, offering excellent development opportunities across specialties including orthopaedics, surgery, medicine, older people's services, and the emergency therapy team.
Main duties of the job
To work as an autonomously provide high quality occupational therapy interventions to awide variety of patients including the assessment and treatment of patients, provision ofindividual and group education and treatment sessions, provision of assistive devices(orthotics and prosthetics) and equipment and minor home adaptations in a wide varietyof settings including hospital wards, outpatient departments and the patients home.Working in a number of specialties across Barts Health NHS Trust including respiratory and critical care, acute admissions unit, neurosciences and stroke, trauma andorthopaedics, cancer services and hand therapy.
