Job summary
The post holder will provide secretarial/administrative support to the immunisation team, contribute to the delivery of a high-quality public health programme for pregnant women and newborn babies in Barts Health NHS Trust, support the planning, implementation and evaluation of the immunisation programme delivery for pregnant women within Maternity Services to achieve the required targets. To provide information and promote immunisation programme. To continue to deliver an efficient service to meet the demands of this busy department, maintain and update electronic records and data base.

Our maternity unit at NUH comprises of a 17 bedded labour ward, a 52 bedded maternity ward, stand-alone Maternity Day Assessment Unit and Triage, alongside and stand-alone Midwife-Led Birth Centers, Antenatal Clinic and Booking Center. We are proud of our maternity service and are on an exciting maternity improvement journey. We have a large Community workforce consisting of 6 midwifery teams providing care to families in Newham. As part of the National Maternity Review, we have two Midwifery teams providing continuity of care to their caseload of women.
