London's Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London'smost seriously injured patients. London's Air Ambulance brings the hospital to the patientwhen time is critical. We serve the 10 million people that live work and travel within the M25,treating an average of five patients every day.

This role will involve the day-to-day management of research projects and identification ofpotential participant to studies eligible for inclusion on the HEMS research portfolio. Theresearch clinician will provide information to potential participants about studies and gaininformed consent. Qualifications

Essential

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Nursing
  • Current NMC Registration
  • HCPC Registered Paramedic

Desirable

  • Holds current certificates in ICH/GCP and Research Governance or working towards
  • Level 7 Education, including Research Module.
  • MSc in clinical research
  • ALS/ILS/APLS or equivalent

Experience

Essential

  • Relevant clinical experience
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Experience of working to deadlines
  • Evidence of good computer literacy
  • Experience of MS Office applications
  • Phlebotomy and cannulation
  • Evidence of experience at self-management within a given area
