Business Support to NUH Executive Directors (Newham University Hospital)

We are looking for an experienced Business Support to work closely with and to support the Executive Directors (Newham University Hospital) and team.

The ideal candidate will provide high quality and proactive executive assistance to Executive Directors. They will be required to be a self-starter who is able to work on their own initiative, anticipating the organisational needs of the Executive Directors, directing their own work and delivering reliably and accurately, within deadlines.

The post holder will be required to contribute towards high standards of corporate governance at Newham University Hospital through the provision of a full range of secretarial services to key Hospital Committees; coordination and administration of policy development process and assisting with the implementation of the Trust Governance arrangements.

Interview Date: March 2025

As part of the interview each candidate will be asked to take assessment tests relating to the role. There is no preparation required for the tests and full instructions will be given at the interview.

Main duties of the job

The post of Executive Business Support to Newham Executive Directors is key to managing thedepartment effectively in a professional manner.The post holder will provide high quality and proactive executive assistance to the NUH ExecutiveDirectors.
