Job summary

Bracken Ward is a 17 bed ward specialising in Medical Gastroenterology and Acute Medical Nursing. There is a well-structured team on Bracken Ward and we are currently able to offer a successful candidate the opportunity to come and join the team as a HCSW.

We deliver a high standard of holistic care in an acute setting to patients with a wide range of issues. There are many skills for staff working on Bracken Ward to gain.

We are looking for a dynamic, hard working person with excellent communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate must be able to work well as part of a team. There will be opportunities for further training and opportunities for the right candidate.
