Job summary
The Specialist Medicine Division at the Royal London Hospital is looking for a part-time enthusiastic and dynamic Band 4 PCC/ Administrator to manage the patient pathway and support clinical team with administrative duties of our Clinical Haematology service.The successful applicant will be responsible for letter turn around, booking referrals, cashing-up clinics, scheduling, covering reception and the day-to-day administrative work of the service. The post-holder will provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service.
We are looking to recruit an individual who works well under pressure, is enthusiastic, well-motivated and can work on their own initiative. The applicant should also have good Cerner Millennium skills. Good organisational and priority skills are essential along with the ability to work in a busy environment. The successful applicant should be committed to providing quality care for our patients and their families whilst applying the Barts Health Trust Values.

Main duties of the job
The purpose of this post is to actively manage the administrative processes of patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for patients throughout their treatment by the Trust. Also, to ensure and participate in providing an effective administration service to the multidisciplinary team.
