Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Estates and Facilities at Newham University Hospital within Barts Health NHS Trust. With a turnover of £1.4 billion and a workforce of around 16,000, Barts Health is the largest NHS trust in the country, and one of Britain's leading healthcare providers. Main duties of the job

The Director of Estates and Facilities will be accountable for ensuring the successful site-wide operational delivery and performance of the Hard FM and Soft FM functions at Newham University Hospital as well as ensure that strategically the hospital estate can respond to clinical needs.

Embedded with the Hospital Executive Team, the candidate must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to demonstrate previous experience in working at a senior level in complex multi-disciplinary estates and facilities environment.
