An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor at Barts Health NHS Trust.

You will be based within the Estates and Facilities team and will primarily provide HR advisory support to the non-emergency patient transport service.. You will be the first point of contact for managers and staff with queries therefore you must have experience of confidently providing advice on a range employee relations issues.

Main duties of the job

You will be CIPD qualified or willing to work towards this qualification with a sound knowledge of employment legislation. You must have the ability to manage your own workload within a busy environment.

Working closely with the People Manager for Estates and Facilities, this role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your employee relations experience in a supportive environment.

The role is based primarily at Canary Wharf, however regular travel to all of our Hospital sites is essential.
