Job summary

We have an opportunity for an e-Rostering Senior Administrator with previous experience of working in an e-Rostering administrative capacity dealing with a wide range of people and tasks.

Main duties of the job

The e-Rostering Senior Administrator will work as a member of the e-Rostering Team in responding to system user queries as first and second line support, aligning ESR and e-Rostering data, resolving system access and producing system reports.

The post holder will be required to assist with the delivery of training on the effective use of e-Rostering software to support the safe and effective delivery of services.

To supervise the work of the e-Rostering Administrator, ensuring that all work is managed efficiently and meets deadlines.

You will be able to work on your own initiative in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must also be a strong team player.

Some experience of using an e-Rostering system, setting up records and maintenance tasks is essential.

You will need to have experience of dealing with difficult situations both face to face and over the telephone with positive outcomes.

You may be expected to travel across sites as necessary.
