Job summary

We are looking for a dynamic, committed and highly organised FM Assistant with the skills, knowledge, and experience to provide outstanding administrative skills to support the Facilities team at Newham Hospital.

Your role will be to help ensure an excellent service is provided by our service providers, in-house team and monitoring the facilities services such as Car parking, Patient Catering, Cleaning, Portering, Retail Services to staff and visitors, Bed Management across the site. Provide administration support from setting up meetings, minute taking and ensuring action are completed to assist the monitoring all facilities and environment be able to work under pressure, be organised and have good time management skills. The role requires good problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise workload.

Main duties of the job

You will be working closely with the Director of Estates and Facilities Team. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience in Facilities Management.

This is a permanent role, subject to the probation period, based at Newham Hospital. However, travel to all our hospital sites may be required from time to time.
