Job summary

The post holder's role will incorporate the dimensions of expert research practice, leadership, management and education. The primary responsibility of the post holder is to ensure smooth running of the emergency medicine research department and research projects. Initiate projects and support the development of research, manage research funding and management and development of staff in the research department.

Main duties of the job

Leads by example as an expert research nurse practitioner providing clinical and research knowledge to a multidisciplinary team. To work effectively with research leads and the research teams to manage all aspects of clinical research in the emergency departments at Barts Health NHS Trust.
