Job summary
We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Dynamic and Reliable midwife who is passionate about creating excellent birthing experiences for women who are birthing at home, providing Midwifery Continuity of Care/r(MCOC) to join the Homebirth Team.
This midwife will lead the team and work collaboratively with the MDT, to support women during the Antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal period. Planning safe care and supporting women choosing to birth at home.

Main duties of the job
To give high quality, safe, evidence based, holistic midwifery care to women in all maternity care settings including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care as well as parent education. To provide continuity of care and carer in partnership with the women and the multidisciplinary team as required. To ensure midwifery care and support provided is personalised to meet the individual needs of the woman.
