Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will work within the Specialist medicine service.

To promote and support the development of the Trusts mission, values, aims and objectives.

To contribute to the production of the Divisions strategic and business plans, leading for identified specialities, as part of the annual planning cycle and on an ad-hoc basis as required.

To develop a cross-working relationship across all delivery areas of care.

Take a lead role in the implementation and monitoring of the Trust's risk and

governance strategy at service level

To have systems in place to give confidence that all care is delivered in accordance with the Trusts policies and procedures, legislation and the NMC Code of Professional Conduct

Develop systems that measure, diagnose and quantify risk
