Main duties of the job
To provide support to the Associate Director, HR Business Partner and HR Manager in achieving the Trust's Human Resources Strategy.
To ensure the efficient and effective provision of a comprehensive human resources service to designated CAGs or directorates and to contribute to enhancing a high quality and responsive service to managers within the Trust
