Main duties of the job
Larch Ward Manager
- You will have minimum 2 years post registration experience as a Band 6 midwife.
- You will have sound clinical knowledge with the organisational and leadership skills necessary to manage change and manage the team.
- You will ensure quality and safe care for women and their family, support the High Risk Matron in leading in achieving good working environment for staff and promote innovation within women services.
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be educated to degree level and or thinking of completing a MSc.
