Job summary
Ward 8D NICU at Royal London Hospital are committed to the principles of family integrated care with timely discharge to the home with continued support from our neonatal community team. We are a large level 3 tertiary unit consisting of 37 cots offering support to many hospitals within our NECL network. We are inviting nurses who are qualified in Speciality and have minimum of 3 years consolidation of practice with experience of working in a busy tertiary neonatal unit to apply for this post.
We are seeking a highly motivated senior neonatal nurse to join our forward thinking compassionate family focused neonatal team.
Experience of excellence in all parts of clinical care and shift coordination are required and continued support will be given.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide support to members of the neonatl team and carries responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programme of care and setting standards. This will include the delivery of education and training programmes which incorporate mandatory training, clinical and enhanced skill within Neonatology.
