ESR Data Administrator

As we work to evolve the Resourcing and Workforce Teams we have an expanding ESR Data Administration Team.
Reporting to the Trust Workforce Systems Team, the ESR Data Administrator will be fully responsible for the accurate inputting onto ESR (HR & Payroll System) of all candidate data to ensure Payroll deadlines are met and data entered is accurate. In addition, the post holder will be responsible for supporting the ESR Team in other ESR transactions such as Workstructures, Hierarchy and System Access Administration and undertaking data quality checking to ensure any historic missing data is entered and accurate.
As part of the wider Workforce Systems Team, the ESR Data Administrators will ensure delivery of a professional HR records management service, ensuring new starter files are collected, processed and sent through for storing - whilst following agreed processes and protocols.
Main duties of the job
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:
- Recent working knowledge and expertise of ESR (Electronic Service Record) - Please note not EPR
- Experience of investigating and resolving queries through the application of relevant work procedures
- Recent experience of work involving regular and accurate data inputting to strict deadlines
- Previous payroll or administration experience
- Attendance at the NHS facilitated ESR training or working knowledge of ESR/Oracle experience
- Knowledge of Medical Terms and Conditions
