This is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Ophthalmologist with an interest in Medical Retina and Uveitis to join the Ophthalmology Team at Whipps Cross, Barts Health Trust. The post holder will actively provide and support further development of quality ophthalmology service for the Trust. The uveitis service will be a new addition to the department and links with Rheumatology and Respiratory medicine will be expected to be developed.

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Ophthalmologist with an interest in Medical Retina and Uveitis to join the Ophthalmology Team at Whipps Cross, Barts Health Trust. The post holder will actively provide and support further development of quality ophthalmology service for the Trust. The uveitis service will be a new addition to the department and links with Rheumatology and Respiratory medicine will be expected to be developed.

You will be fully registered with the GMC and ideally have a CCT in Ophthalmology or Medical Ophthalmology or be within six months of award of CCT at the time of interview.
